FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
Got questions? We’ve got answers. Here are some of the most common things patients ask:
Do you see kids and families?
We refer our young patients to a pediatric dentist for care.
How often should I get a cleaning?
Most patients benefit from a cleaning and check-up every 6 months, but we’ll recommend a schedule that’s best for your oral health.
What if I have dental anxiety?
We offer gentle, compassionate care and sedation options to keep you comfortable.
Do you offer emergency appointments?
Yes, we do our best to accommodate our patients of record for dental emergencies the same day if possible, either with direct care or action to make you more comfortable.
Do you accept my insurance?
We are in network with Delta Dental, and work with most major PPO insurance plans where you can choose your own dentist. Give us a call with your insurance details, and we can verify coverage before your visit.
What if I don’t have dental insurance?
No problem, we accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Discover). Payment is due at time of service.
How long does a typical appointment take?
Routine visits, like exams and cleanings, usually take about 45–60 minutes. More complex procedures may require additional time, which we’ll let you know in advance.
